Empire Process Service founded at the turn of the
century by Mr. Robert Rowland. Mr. Rowland served his
first job for his father, an attorney, at the age of 19
while a student at a local college. After that he spent
time working within the industry when he realized he had
to make a change. He completed his Bachelors degree and
continued on to enroll in a local police academy. While
in the academy and after graduation he gained a wealth
of knowledge and experience working as a police officer.
A short time later he founded Empire Process Service.
Since that time he has added an investigative department
and Empire Process Service became Empire Process Service
& Investigation. Over the years we have added our own
hand picked, trained and mentored agents. These agents
bring their own experience and knowledge to the table
that enhances our ability to serve our clients needs.
Additionally, our continued growth has allowed us to add
an array of technical equipment that augments our
ability to respond to our clients faster and more easily
than ever before. This translates from faster pick up
response time, client instruction adherence, through to
the end of the case with client notification and
