Received - Indicates length of time from when the client contacts our office to when our servers receive the documents.

1st Attempt - Indicates length of time from when the client contacts our office to the servers 1st attempt at service.

Resolution - Indicates length of time from when the client contacts our office to job resolution, usually service completion.

Notified - indicates length of time, in minutes, from when the call for a job is received to when clients are notified of service.

Business and Residential Averages - statistics reporting length of time for service resolution at a business or residence.

It is important to note that many factors can influence the length of time it takes to perform any of these functions and thereby influence these statistics. All times are recorded from the moment the client contacts our office and not just business hours, which means overnight hours as well. 

Empire Process Service tracks all client statistics and will provide them upon request. For easier access clients may have their statistics posted here. Empire will issue a code identifying their office. The above statistics are a compilation of all client statistics on a monthly basis.
